Gavin O'Connor

Northern Arizona Law, PLLC is a veteran owned law firm. After graduating from the University of Arizona, I honorably served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was deployed on the USS Duluth as a weapons officer/ force protection officer. When I left the Navy, I continued my education at Syracuse University receiving a master’s degree and then graduated from the Phoenix School of Law. 

Over the years I have handled hundreds of cases including felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile matters. I have had numerous varied employment experiences in education, government and non-profits.

Since moving to Flagstaff in 2013, I have had the rewarding experience to work as a public defender on the Hopi Reservation, Navajo County (Winslow, Holbrook, Snowflake, Pinetop, Lakeside), Coconino County (Flagstaff, Williams, Page), and Yavapai County (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Camp Verde). Additionally, I served as a State of Arizona Assistant Attorney General for the Child & Family Protective Division, handling cases in the above mentioned counties and Apache County (St. Johns), and Mohave County (Kingman, Lake Havasu City).
