Dependency Cases

When the Department of Child Safety (DCS) steps in and removes your child it can be a very traumatic and confusing situation. I have represented parents and children in dependency cases for many years and have been extremely successful in reunifying families. Unlike most attorneys, I have experienced the opposing side when I worked as an Arizona Assistant Attorney General representing DCS. Appellate Cases

If a trial does not go the way you had planned, you need a diligent and skilled attorney to review all transcripts, evidence, and motions from the trial to find legal errors that could justify reversing or modifying the lower courts decision.
